We have been having issues with Enterprise vault tab disappearing on users since we upgraded to outlook 2010. It will be there for a time and one day. If I image them a new workstation, the tab will be on the new pc. A few times, it just will not be there right from the beginning. However, if you log in as another user on the same workstation, the tab will be there. This is getting kind of old. Unfortunately, I do not have access to support as our corporate office is suppose to be on top of this.

We have tried to uninstall the vault client. But often, the client just disappears. Even in program files. Then we will try and reinstall. That doesnt work. So we try this: Still doesnt help. We are running the HTTP only version v9.0.2.1061.

I am just wondering if anyone else has run into this? I have attached the install log Thanks.

Hello everyone! I'm new to Vault and the install process and im trying to tackle one issue at a time. -This is a multi user install on 2 Vm servers on our network. - I have been able to access the new vault as admin and as a Domain user with no problems.

-The Vault Ribbon Tab visible an I have checked in Autocad files, word files and excel files with no issues. -Outlook is where i have an issue, No Ribbon Tab and no option to put on Ribbon. -I have installed 2015 Vault (client) with 2013 Microsoft Office. Not sure if there is a hotfix for this or im missing a step.
